The National Honor Society of the Boy Scouts of America is called the Order of the Arrow. This 175,000 member organization of youth and adults is focused on leadership development, training and service. Every two years they hold a National Conference, NOAC on a University Campus. Complementing the week of training, activities, and personal development are large themed assembly shows. Project The program in the Boy Scouts of America is volunteer driven; this extends to the Order of the Arrow and their national conference program staffs as well. During the week long event, over 200 volunteers, many of the professionals in related disiciplines work together to create, design, construct, and execute four shows in five days for an audience exceeding 8,000. Event Produces provides conference leadership to the shows group from scripting design and message integration, technical design, scenic construction, video and field production, audio sound design, and technical contracting. This unique experience requires our staff to fully integrate into the organizational structure, work and lead volunteers in production of professional theatatrical events and presentations.
